November Visa Bulletin

The Department of State released Visa Bulletin for the month of November. The cut-off date for EB-2 applicants born in mainland China is April 1, 2005. EB-2 for India born applicants is January 22, 2005. EB-1 remains current for all countries.  EB-3 is April 22, 2001 for India, and June 1, 2002 for all other countries.
