
Attorney
Vivian Wang has been exclusively involved in the practice of immigration and nationality
law since 1999. She has served as counsel to numerous individuals, major corporations,
universities, and research institutions, specializing in serving academic and corporate
clients.
Attorney Wang received her J.D.
cum laude from the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her B.A.
from the Department of Western Languages at
Peking University. While in law school, she received numerous awards for
academic excellence, including
Cali Award for Highest Academic Achievement, Dean's
List, and
Honors in Trial Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing.
Ms. Wang has extensive professional work experience. Prior to entering private law
practice, she was an Assistant Professor at the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Subsequently, she held a key
administrative position at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of
Nevada , and participated in establishing Nevada's first law school.
Ms. Wang represents large and small corporations, universities and research institutions,
non-profit organizations and highly-talented individual clients across the country
and throughout the world. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
She is also admitted to practice in the
United States District Court, Central District of Los Angeles. She has been
an active member of the
American Immigration
Lawyer Association since 1999.
